Automated Diagnostic System for Infrastructure Equipment "Hayabusa"

To measure the vibrations, expansion, and gaps of the structure, we will measure acceleration, tilt, and distance and record them on the server.

We have succeeded in capturing and visualizing the way energy used in "Hayabusa" transforms into various forms and eventually disappears. This has enabled energy-saving methods and efficient maintenance through predictive measures. By using sensors with wireless terminals, we can achieve this at a low cost. Since it operates on a web browser, no software installation is required, and PCs and mobile phones can be used as terminals. Various sensors can be utilized, including current, power, temperature, humidity, and motion detection. Because it operates on a web browser, no software installation is necessary. The server automatically analyzes the data, and if any abnormalities are detected, the details and location will be reported immediately via email.
