A soft ceramic filter suitable for sterilizing liquids with high turbidity! It has sterilization performance on par with membrane filters, with a long lifespan and is reusable!
"Serapoa" is a soft ceramic filter made primarily from natural diatomaceous earth found in nature, which is high-temperature fired through a special process. It physically removes solid substances such as bacteria and protozoa from liquids. It can be used for relatively viscous liquids that are considered difficult to filter, such as highly suspended liquids like fermentation liquids, concentrated liquids, oils, and sugar solutions. 【Features】 - It has the same level of bacteria and particle removal capability as a 0.2μm membrane filter and maintains filtration performance over a long period. - By pre-coating with filtration aids, it is possible to further enhance removal performance and lifespan. - It can filter and dehydrate all amounts of liquids with high turbidity that are difficult to filter, maximizing the recovery rate of the filtrate. - As a reusable cartridge-type filter, it reduces your running costs. *For more details, please request materials or view the PDF data available for download. *Feel free to consult us regarding filtration experiments or the loan of filtration equipment.

basic information
■ Serapoa is a ceramic filter using an external pressure filtration method, where impurities are removed as the liquid passes through the filter medium from the outside to the inside. ■ Serapoa is a depth-type fine filter with high filtration accuracy and foreign matter retention capability, maintaining high removal performance for an extended period due to the thickness of the filter medium. ■ Serapoa can restore its filtration performance by brushing the surface of the filter medium. * For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
