Supports transmission amounts from 4900 N·m to 12740 N·m with the new size 5! This joint is capable of handling high torque and high speeds.
The Universal Joint "KL・KLJ Series" uses cross pins with grease-sealed needle bearings in the sliding parts, making it suitable for high torque and high-speed rotation applications. The new product "KLJ type" is ideal for applications requiring large power transmission, such as in transport-related equipment like cranes, steel-related industries, and construction machinery. Products with a maximum transmission torque of 12,740 N·m are also included in the lineup. Additionally, we have newly added two sizes to the existing standardized KL, KF, and KFD types. ■ Added 2 sizes for low and medium torque high-speed applications (250, 500 for KL, KF, KFD) ■ Newly launched 4 sizes for high torque high-speed applications (KLJ, KFJ, KFDJ) 【Applications】 ■ For hot and cold rolling manufacturing equipment, pulp and paper manufacturing equipment, construction machinery, etc.!! * For the catalog of high torque high-speed joints "KL・KLJ Series," please view the PDF data available for download.
