basic information

[How to Determine the Uncertainty of Scales and Weights in Mass Measurement Management] ■What is Uncertainty ■Difference Between Error and Uncertainty 　・Definition of Error: The value obtained by subtracting the true value from the measured value 　・Uncertainty: Variation of the best estimate → True value is not considered ■Steps to Determine Uncertainty 　・1. List the factors contributing to uncertainty 　・2. Determine the variation (standard uncertainty) of each factor 　・3. Combine the standard uncertainties using the square root of the sum of squares to obtain the combined standard uncertainty 　・4. Multiply the combined standard uncertainty by the coverage factor (k) to obtain the expanded uncertainty 　・5. Create a budget sheet for uncertainty that lists the factors 　・6. BMC (Best Measurement Capability): Highest measurement capability 　・7. How to Utilize Uncertainty ■Method of Measurement in Agreement Mass and Weight Calibration ■Calculation of Uncertainty in Weight Calibration ■Examples of Uncertainty Calculation in Weight Calibration ■Calculation of Uncertainty in Scale (Electronic Balance) Calibration ■Examples of Uncertainty Calculation in Scale (Electronic Balance) Calibration, etc. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
