Ideal for batch production! Ensures reliable electrostatic coating on the top plate and mold even offline! Since it is flat, it can also accommodate deep types!
This is a semi-automatic electrostatic oiling device optimized for maintaining the performance of food stat and suitable for small-batch production of various types. In small-batch production with a wide variety of products, it has been necessary to spray using handguns or spray cans offline, making it difficult to set up lines. We have struggled with measures to prevent splatter, such as enclosing a corner of the spraying space with vinyl curtains or preparing a dedicated spraying room. With this device, you can be freed from such concerns. Place flat plates, press plates, baked goods plates, and food molds flat on the conveyor, and with the push of a button by the operator, oiling is done reliably in one go! It allows for a reduction in oil usage and enables uniform oiling even on complex shapes of molds, resulting in better product finishing and a reduction in defect rates. 【Features】 - Optimal for small-batch production of various types - Approximately 50% reduction in oil usage compared to air spraying - Capable of uniform oiling on complex shapes *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
