Difference from conventional rust prevention: Anti-corrosion protection cap 'Zinc Hat'
A&S System Co., Ltd.
Block the occurrence of bolt rust! Excellent performance, anti-corrosion protective cap Zinc Hat.
"Zinc Hat" is a corrosion protection cap that has been researched and developed with original alloys, continuously improved, and equipped with electric corrosion protection, coating corrosion protection, and inhibitor effects. The method of installation, which involves placing the cap over the bolt, is the same as traditional rust prevention methods, but there is a significant difference in performance, providing excellent corrosion resistance over the long term. Since it can be installed simply with a wrench or spanner, there is no need to fill with grease or caulking materials, resulting in a much lower maintenance cost compared to conventional methods. 【Features】 - Sacrificial corrosion protection (electrolytic corrosion) - Coating corrosion protection - Inhibitor effect For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Overview** ■ Sacrificial Anode Protection (Cathodic Protection) - Zinc, being a metal with a greater tendency to ionize compared to iron, acts sacrificially in an electrolytic aqueous solution where it is electrically connected to other metals, thereby preventing the corrosion of iron. ■ Coating Protection - A method of preventing corrosion by physically, chemically, and electrically isolating the metal surface from the corrosive environment through a coating. ■ Inhibitor Effect - The corrosion products formed from the corrosion of zinc (white rust of zinc) have the effect of preventing corrosion in gaps and other areas of the metal. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
