A cutter developed specifically for measuring the section weight of PET bottles!
The "BQSL Hot Wire Cutter" is a cutter developed specifically for measuring the section weight of PET bottles, allowing you to experience the improvement in quality that comes from making things easier. Its sharp and precise cutting ability is achieved through the use of an ultra-thin razor-type hot wire, resulting in accurate and sharp cut edges with almost no loss of PET weight due to heating cuts. Additionally, the one-touch sample holder allows for easy and secure setup from small containers to large 3-liter containers. The hot wire is heated only while cutting. After cutting, the ultra-thin wire returns to room temperature in a short time. Although the hot wire is extremely thin, its wide width prevents it from burning out and ensures a long lifespan. 【Features】 ■ Sharp and precise cutting ability ■ PET weight loss of less than 0.01g ■ Easy to set up ■ Long lifespan due to the wide hot wire *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
