Drug discovery support software "MF myPresto"

We will hold a practical training session on drug discovery calculations using the drug discovery calculation support software MolDesk Screening. MolDesk is a paid graphic user interface (GUI) software developed by Information Mathematical Bio Co., Ltd., which runs the myPresto program internally. In this training session, participants will operate MolDesk installed on a Microsoft Azure server via remote desktop connection from a laptop. We will practice the procedures for preparing molecules for simulation, docking, MD calculations, and screening calculations.
