The capsule air transport system is a machine that transports capsules within a hopper vertically to a sanitary pipe using a blower or compressed air, in order to transfer them to the next process machine. At the transport outlet, the pipe diameter is widened to reduce air pressure, and only air is discharged through a cyclone hopper. This minimizes the impact of falling, preventing chipping and cracking. By introducing the air transport system, it is possible to improve workability and safety, as well as enhance quality and reliability by minimizing human intervention. 【Features】 ■ Transport capacity varies depending on the size of the bulk and the transport distance. ■ Easy to disassemble and assemble, with excellent cleanability. ■ Can be operated in conjunction with other equipment for efficient transport (optional). *For more details, please contact us or download the catalog.
