Low environmental impact cleaning agent "Eco Cleaner Blue" - Cleaning of spray nozzle

An example of cleaning a die-cast release agent spray nozzle with "Eco Cleaner Blue."

We would like to introduce a case of cleaning a die-cast release agent spray nozzle using the biodegradable cleaning agent "Eco Cleaner Blue." "Eco Cleaner Blue" does not use caustic soda or chlorine-based bleach, which is a major feature as it reduces environmental impact due to its decomposition effect on wastewater after cleaning. 【Cleaning Case】 ■ Step 1: Add a 400-fold diluted solution of "Eco Cleaner Blue" to the cleaning tank and dissolve it. ■ Step 2: Immerse the nozzle in the cleaning tank and remove it after about 3 hours. After cleaning, the release agent that had adhered was decomposed, including the dirt that had stuck to the base of the pipe, resulting in a clean and tidy appearance. 【Reasons for Choosing This Product】 - Cleaning power due to organic matter decomposition effect - Prevention of re-adhesion of dirt For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
