At Sunbee Office Co., Ltd., we carefully resolve various concerns of our customers. Here are some past achievements. [Overview] After delivering the printed circuit boards to a major copier manufacturer, it was discovered during the customer's operation verification that there was an error in the BGA circuit on the board, necessitating recovery. As a solution, we created a conversion board equipped with 0402 size chip capacitors, which was then mounted on a repair machine (partial assembly machine). [Key Points] - The solder balls on the conversion board were formed with eutectic solder to avoid excessive thermal stress on the device and to prevent solder melting during repair assembly.
