The Fairchild "Vacuum Control Regulator" can control from a shallow vacuum range near atmospheric pressure to a maximum of -96.8 kPa with extremely high sensitivity characteristics. There are four types in the lineup, all of which excel in repeatability and achieve stable control! With a double diaphragm structure, the appropriate area and flexible materials provide a sensitivity characteristic of 125 Pa, making it ultra-sensitive. It is utilized in various applications such as controlling sample gas introduction systems for analytical instruments, transport system control, various testing devices, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, and curing machine control in tire factories.
