High-durability ducts made of PVC and PP. Suitable for a wide range of applications from factory air conditioning to chemical exhaust.
Shimizu Engineering Co., Ltd. manufactures air conditioning equipment and duct products using PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and polypropylene (PP). We have a proven track record of being widely adopted in air conditioning and exhaust lines that include chemical liquids and corrosive gases in chemical plants, semiconductor factories, food factories, research facilities, and more. We offer custom-made solutions not only for square and round ducts but also for special shapes, different diameter parts, and conversion joints. We select materials that excel in chemical resistance, moisture resistance, and corrosion resistance, ensuring quality that can be used both indoors and outdoors. Utilizing various techniques such as welding, bonding, bending, and hole processing, we finish products according to the design intent. We can accommodate small lot production starting from one piece, as well as renovation and repair work for existing ducts. We also offer consultations for on-site delivery and installation, and we are flexible in responding to inquiries for short lead times. If you have any concerns regarding resin ducts in air conditioning and exhaust equipment, please feel free to consult with us.
