Low distortion and excellent strength! High-performance extreme anisotropic ferrite sintered magnets.
The "Extreme Anisotropic Ferrite Sintered Magnet" is a high-performance extreme anisotropic ring magnet that could not be achieved with conventional isotropic ring magnets or radial anisotropic magnet types. Thanks to Tokyo Ferrite's unique manufacturing method, it achieves up to approximately 1.8 times the performance compared to conventional isotropic ferrite magnets. This enables the development of high-performance and low-cost PM-type stepping motors. 【Features】 ■ Our unique special manufacturing method ■ Achieves up to approximately 1.8 times the performance ■ Locally anisotropic according to each magnetic pole ■ Minimal distortion during firing, with superior strength ■ Insert molding with shafts is possible For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
