Achieving lightweight and thin diameter! Low-pressure automotive wires that are flexible and excel in workability.
The "Automotive Thin-Walled Low-Pressure Wires (CIVUS)" handled by KHD are wires that can be used for low-pressure circuit wiring in automobiles. By using compressed conductors, the diameter of the conductor is reduced, allowing for thinner insulation, achieving lightweight and slim designs. They are flexible and have good workability. 【Features】 ■ RoHS compliant ■ Conductor sizes: 0.13mm² to 1.25mm² ■ 0.13mm² uses tin alloy wire (SN-C) ■ Operating temperature range complies with ISO 6722 Class B (-40°C to 100°C) *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Currently, we are based in the Osaka and Chiba factories, which have obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications, and we manufacture and sell automotive wires, equipment wires, coaxial cables, communication wires, and more. In recent years, we have also focused on developing eco-friendly wires that do not contain halogen elements, and we have proactively worked on solar cables used in solar power generation systems, becoming the first Japanese wire manufacturer to obtain UL certification in the United States. Moving forward, our company will continue to develop new wires that meet cutting-edge needs, guided by our motto inspired by our company name KHD (Knowledges Hearts Doing - gathering all information and serving with sincerity).
