PEEK (Peak) + small screw
It is a small screw with a flat top and a conical seat. It is used when you do not want the head of the screw to protrude. It is necessary to perform a countersink on the material being tightened. PEEK demonstrates the highest level of chemical resistance and excels in high-temperature properties, wear resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and electrical properties. It is widely used in the automotive, office automation equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment fields. It is compliant with EU-RoHS standards.
