PEEK Flat Washer
When the hole diameter of the material being fastened is larger than that of the screw, it can stabilize the screw head. By increasing the surface area of the screw head, it enhances the adhesion with the material. It demonstrates the highest level of chemical resistance and excels in high-temperature characteristics, wear resistance, hydrolysis resistance, and electrical properties. It is widely used in the automotive, office automation equipment, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment fields. It is suitable for use in areas that require insulation. It prevents damage to the material being fastened during tightening at the surface of the screw head. It complies with EU-RoHS standards.
