A groundbreaking seawater-resistant valve that breaks conventional wisdom!
The "Full Rubber Lined Valve (NS Gate, Globe, Check)" is an industrial valve that applies lining to the valve stem by uniquely connecting the valve body and the valve stem, which was previously considered impossible. It eliminates galvanic corrosion that occurs between cast iron and stainless steel without exposing any stainless steel parts inside the valve. 【Features】 ■ Lining applied to the valve stem ■ No exposure of stainless steel parts inside the valve ■ Capable of eliminating galvanic corrosion between cast iron and stainless steel *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Overview** No matter how one tries to protect a cathodic metal, coatings and linings are not perfect. Valves are sliding components, and due to peeling from operation, gaps between parts, and pinholes, they can conduct electricity. (For example, tar epoxy coatings, nylon coatings, epoxy powder coatings, rubber linings, etc.) In other words, as long as there is a galvanic corrosion environment, corrosion will occur. Moreover, it is even more inconvenient that the area of carbon steel, which is the cathodic metal with defects in these coatings and linings, is overwhelmingly smaller compared to the area of stainless steel, which is the noble metal exposed to seawater. Our company believes that by addressing the root of this problem, we can protect valves from corrosion, and we have succeeded in rubber lining the entire wetted surface of stainless steel components that are not exposed to seawater. In other words, it is a valve where galvanic cell action does not occur. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.*
