Quickly detect tremors from earthquakes and shut off gas supply! Prevent secondary disasters caused by gas leaks! Shut out dangerous gas!
Are you prepared for earthquakes? The "Earthquake Emergency Shut-off Valve Control Panel Gas Shutter" detects tremors during an earthquake using a seismic sensing device (Vibcon), controls the signal with the control panel, and shuts off the air-operated valve to stop the gas supply. It quickly senses earthquakes and helps reduce secondary disasters. It is especially recommended for businesses that handle dangerous gases, such as flammable and toxic gases. 【Features】 ■ Emergency shut-off valve ■ Stops gas supply ■ Reduces secondary disasters ■ Quickly detects earthquakes For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

basic information
【Configuration】 ■ Shut-off valve operation panel: Width 300 × Depth 160 × Height 400 mm ■ Seismic sensor "Vibcon V-725" - Certified acceleration: 100–170 gal, Tokyo Fire Department certified product - [Reference] Seismic intensity 5: 80–250 gal ■ Signal input cable: 10 m (excluding primary power cable) ■ Solenoid valve operating pressure: Approximately 0.5 MPa ■ Air inlet/outlet connection: 1/4 O.D. (Φ6.35 mm) tube fitting ・Main usage pattern examples for gas shutter In the case of a gas collection device, it is necessary to install an emergency shut-off valve (air-operated valve) in the piping and then connect air piping between it and the "gas shutter." For gas piping from fixed tanks such as CE, it is legally required to install an emergency shut-off valve at the time of installation, but most need to be operated manually. However, this product automatically shuts off the gas when it detects shaking. It needs to be inserted into the nitrogen or air piping. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
