Uniform load distribution on the thread profile! A bolt that improves loosening resistance.
The "Twin Tight" is a bolt designed with special thread profiles to enhance fatigue strength and resistance to loosening. By changing the thread angle from the standard 60 degrees to a two-stage thread angle, the special thread is elastically deformed under tightening axial force, resulting in a more uniform load distribution on the threads that engage with the nut, thereby improving resistance to loosening. 【Features】 ■ Fatigue strength ■ Improved resistance to loosening *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Our company's name was not always Topura since its inception; it was initially "Toyo Plus Screw Co., Ltd." Until then, screws primarily had slotted heads (minus), and the tools used for tightening were minus screwdrivers. Topura quickly adopted a cross hole (plus) in the head and became the first JIS-certified factory in Japan.
