Technical Document "Proposal for Air Leakage Measures in Piping Materials" *Tube samples are currently being offered!
For hazard prevention and energy-saving measures! Understand the current state of air leaks and effective countermeasures immediately!
Our company manufactures and sells various piping materials equipped with air leak prevention features, such as hoses, couplings, and dynamic pressure measuring devices, which are useful for safety and energy-saving measures. We are currently offering materials related to "air leak prevention." ★ We are giving away cut samples of our tubes to the first 30 applicants! ★ We are offering the "TE waterproof polyurethane tube," which excels in rigidity and helps prevent air leaks! If you are interested, please apply through the "Contact Us" section below! 【Current Situation of Air Leaks】 ■ It is said that air leaks occur at about 5% in newly constructed factories and 20-30% as they age. ■ Air leaks in piping materials account for approximately 40%. ■ Common vinyl and rubber hoses are prone to air leaks in a short period. ■ The estimated loss from air leaks ranges from 22,700 yen to 211,000 yen annually. *For more details, please refer to the catalog. basic information
【Featured Products】 ◎ Energy-saving "Blade Hose" Features: Compared to rubber hoses and PVC hoses, it is less prone to cracking and has excellent durability. ◎ Digital Pressure Measuring Device "Pressure-kun" Features: No wiring required. Portable battery-operated device. It allows you to see the pressure loss at the end of the piping (equipment and air tool section). ◎ Energy-saving Coupling "Mega Flow Series" (Standard and Large Types) Features: Uses O-ring seals that are resistant to air leaks. Full flow design. Effectively lowers the compressor set pressure (inlet pressure). Safety: Plug connection is easy and pressure-free. Residual pressure is handled simultaneously with valve OFF. Safely remove the plug. 【Related Products】 ◎ Touch Tube "TE Waterproof Polyurethane Tube" Features: Can be used for piping with both air and industrial water. Resistant to bending and flexible. Very small bending radius. Excellent oil resistance, making it ideal for factory air piping. Superior mechanical strength and wear resistance, perfect for equipment and robot piping. Excellent outer diameter precision. Cut marks printed at 1m intervals, making it ideal for cutting work and inventory management. *For more details, please refer to the catalog.
