■High Viscosity Extrusion This is an extruder suitable for high viscosity thermoplastic resins and adhesives. Compatible with polyamides, polyesters, PP, PE, PU, PO, EVA, etc. It can extrude resins with a viscosity of over 1,000,000 CPS. The operating temperature can reach up to 250°C (with an option for 500°C). ■Quantitative Extrusion It performs quantitative extrusion. To further enhance accuracy, a gear pump (optional) can be installed. Additionally, with the circulation type (optional), by circulating the resin, it prevents changes in extrusion volume that often occur at the start/end of extrusion, thereby further improving the extrusion accuracy during intermittent coating. ◎For product specifications and detailed features, please refer to the catalog.
