Case study of the introduction of the reliable drain "F-1" that leads to cost reduction.
At Iwata Co., Ltd., during the installation of FRP waterproofing, we used inexpensive, dissimilar drains and imported products, which resulted in water leakage around the drains. In response to requests for drains that provide more peace of mind than just low cost, we have addressed this issue. The conditions included that the drain should be made of the same FRP material as the FRP waterproofing, that the connection between the drain and the pipe should fit well, and that it should be easy to install and construct. The Iwata drain "F-1" met these criteria. [Background of Introduction] - Inexpensive, dissimilar drains and imported products were being used. - Several cases of water leakage occurred around the drains due to separation between the drain and the waterproofing layer. - We struggled to respond and ended up compensating for the damages. - Request: We want to use drains that provide more peace of mind than just being cheap. *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
