【Surface Treatment Combinations】 ■N2000・・・○ Has release properties equivalent to CrN while possessing high hardness comparable to DLC. Effective for formulations such as magnesium oxide. ■CrN-HCD II・・・○ Surface finish is close to a mirror state, most effective for sticking prevention. ■CrN-ARC・・・○ By depositing the same components as the HCD II film using a different method, it has higher wear resistance, but the surface finish is inferior to HCD II. ■DLC・・・○ The film hardness is very high, and the surface is smooth, with significant improvements in adhesion and wear resistance depending on the formulation. ■HCr・・・△ A common surface treatment for hammers.
