Processing equipment for fluoropolymer (PTFE)!
Our "PTFE Paste Extrusion Equipment" has been designed with various innovations to improve the accuracy of pre-formed products. By adopting an electric drive system for the extruder, we minimize speed fluctuations caused by variations in resin density, enabling the production of products with high dimensional accuracy and concentricity. PTFE molded products such as tubes, electric wires, and sheets produced by the paste extrusion method possess excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, chemical resistance, corrosion resistance, slip properties, and electrical characteristics, making them widely used in various industries. 【Features】 ■ Electric drive system adopted for the extruder ■ Capable of producing products with high dimensional accuracy and concentricity *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since its establishment in 1954, TABATA has consistently engaged in the production and sale of various plastic resin-related processing machines and equipment based on its unique in-house technology through order-based manufacturing. Not only does it excel in general plastic materials, but it also holds top-class technology and market share in machinery and equipment related to PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene resin) in Japan. Additionally, its product range has expanded to include post-processing equipment for plastic processing, such as the resin removal cleaning system (CLEAN SHOT) and exhaust gas treatment systems (DEOCAT) targeting VOCs (volatile organic compounds).
