A powder supply device that combines a screw and casing for transporting bulk materials into a single unit!
The "TR Feeder" is a powder supply device designed with independent screw and casing units that are connected together. By adding connected units, it enables transportation over longer distances, and the rotation speed of each screw can be freely adjusted. It also demonstrates its capability in determining the pitch during the development of multi-pitch screws. Due to these various features, it resolves issues related to supply distance and problems such as flushing and blockage within the casing that could not be solved by conventional devices, especially those caused by powder density. 【Features】 ■ Integrated screw and casing ■ Additional connected units allow for transportation over even longer distances ■ Capable of transporting highly fluid powders ■ Capable of transporting low fluidity powders ■ Reduces the burden on the screw shaft *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
