Prepare a variety of pads! A compact and quick-acting positive brake!
The "DBA type" is a normally active disc brake that operates through pneumatic pressure. Due to its low air consumption, it has an extremely fast response time and can be used at high frequencies. Additionally, it can be operated faster than hydraulic or electromagnetic systems. By using a normally open solenoid valve, it can also be used for safety applications. 【Features】 ■ Compact and lightweight, requiring minimal installation space ■ Easy to install on existing machinery ■ Can be converted to a single-acting brake ■ Brake force can be controlled infinitely *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.

【Other Features】 ■ Equipped with an automatic wear adjustment mechanism, it maintains a constant stroke and can be used without adjustment (for sizes 20 and above). ■ The built-in cone spring reliably retracts the pads to the starting point of operation (for DBA-5 and DBA-10 models). ■ By replacing the distant piece, the disk thickness can be set to any desired thickness (set at the time of shipment). ■ Uses a non-oil type seal, eliminating the need for lubrication. ■ In addition to non-asbestos resin molds, pads are available for heat and wear resistance, as well as dedicated holding pads using high-strength cork materials (in the case of cork materials, holding power increases by 30-40%). *For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
