The radiation intensity for each wavelength is measured at the same temperature as the object being measured, and a graph is created with frequency or wavelength on the horizontal axis and a value of 1 for the black body on the vertical axis, ranging from 0 to 1. This will represent the emissivity for each wavelength. Black body radiation refers to the radiation emitted from a small hole opened in the cavity of a black body furnace equipped with a temperature control function.
