By creating a vacuum state for the waste liquid and heating, distilling, and cooling it at low temperatures: 1. The evaporated moisture is "collected and reused as water." 2. The volume reduction rate and industrial waste cost are reduced to 1/10! (in the case of water-based processing liquids)
