Permeable resin pavement material - Bask Resin permeable resin pavement
Bask resin permeable resin pavement
A completely new synthetic resin agent that binds fibers together! "Fiber Synthetic Resin Agent Basu Resin"
The only permeable resin paving material that can be directly applied to crushed stone subbase in the industry. With a thickness of 30mm, it has the strength to support vehicle access! By using a ceramic fiber with an epoxy binder, it achieves astonishing strength! It hardens as a three-dimensional structure by mixing and compacting the aggregates. It creates voids that allow water to drain directly, preventing the formation of puddles and providing high slip resistance as a paving material.

JR Shikoku Konpira Station We have installed permeable resin pavement made of Basque resin in the square in front of JR Shikoku Konpira Station. This paving material is environmentally friendly as it allows water to permeate without the need for drainage facilities.
Company information
Turning Point × Possible Change of Perspective Possible The new material binder "Basque Resin" is commonly referred to as "fiber synthetic resin," which is a binder (adhesive) that excels in durability and chemical resistance by mixing epoxy resin with fibers (ceramic-based fibers). The fibers intertwine within the epoxy resin, reinforcing the fiber group and creating an ultra-strong composite material. In the "Cover Remake Method" using Basque Resin, aggregates that were previously impossible to fix in a "three-dimensional structure" with conventional binders are now securely bonded, achieving stronger adhesion. Utilizing this adhesion and high strength, it is possible to carry out construction without removing existing flooring (substrate). Significant reduction in construction time! Low cost! No worries about noise or dust!
