Continuous manufacturing process and equipment for electrode slurry using Filmix® developed for dispersing electrode materials of lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells.
CDM stands for Continuous Dispersion Mixing, which is a continuous manufacturing process for electrode slurries using Filmix® developed for the dispersion applications of electrode materials in lithium-ion batteries and fuel cells. The nanoparticle design mixer (dispersion stirring device) Filmix® 56-L type is compatible with both batch and continuous processes. It can also be used by setting up a continuous line on a tabletop. ▼▼ Basic Procedure for Continuous Operation ▼▼ 1) Preliminary dispersion with a homodisperse or similar device 2) Transfer of the processing liquid using a pump 3) Dispersion with Filmix® ■ This single unit can be compactly used from research and development to small-scale production! ■ There are many successful scale-up cases from research machines to production machines! ◆◇━━━━━━━━━━ Testing Now Available! ━━━━━━━━━━━◇◆ If you have materials that are problematic for dispersion or homogenization, please give it a try.
