Therefore, it can measure the hardness of gear tooth bottoms (module 3 or higher) and special recesses. Additionally, by attaching a cap for flat measurements, it can also measure the hardness of flat surfaces and both concave and convex surfaces.

●The operation is simple. The testing method using SPS1 and SPS2 is as follows, and it is extremely simple and easy. (1) Hold the device with your right hand and stabilize it by lightly pinching the bottom with your left thumb and index finger. (2) Stand it vertically on the workpiece or product (straight on the center part of the curve if it is curved) and press the upper push rod with your thumb. (3) The diamond hammer inside the glass tube will drop and bounce back up. Please read the height of the first bounce on the scale at the back of the glass tube. (4) Quickly release your finger from the upper push rod, and the diamond hammer will automatically return to its original position due to the action of the air pump, allowing for easy operation with just one hand. *You will quickly become proficient in measuring, but in some cases, practicing with the optional test piece and measuring table will make it easy to master.
