[Case Study] Pure Dora (Scale Edition)

We would like to introduce a case study on the scale prevention measures for intercoolers using "Pure Dora." Before the installation of "Pure Dora," chemical treatments were being used, but the effectiveness in preventing and removing scale was not satisfactory, leading to additional labor for cleaning. After the installation of Pure Dora, even after 10 months, the intercooler maintained a clean condition similar to when it was being cleaned regularly. The cooling efficiency improved, and the reduction of blowdown water was achieved. We realized cost reductions in maintenance, chemical expenses, and wastewater treatment!
