Frame processing is particularly suitable as a pretreatment for plastic surfaces, enabling printing, painting, laminating, and adhesion. The thermal energy from frame plasma irradiation breaks the molecular bonds on the plastic surface and embeds some of the frame's oxygen into these molecular bonds. As a result, polar groups are generated on the plastic surface, allowing for bonding with paints, inks, and primers. The optical and mechanical properties of the surface do not change. The standard configuration consists of three components: one burner, two gas hoses, and one transmitter. If the customer provides gas and electricity, it can be used immediately.
