At Arita Manufacturing Co., Ltd., we contribute to cost reduction by proposing materials and shapes that are easy to process. While it is often thought that designs are created using materials that meet JIS standards, there are generally available round bars used in lathe processing that are not commonly distributed, as well as materials that are difficult to process. When reviewing the designed drawings, there are shapes that require multiple processing steps, and sometimes just shifting a part by a fraction of a millimeter could reduce the number of processes.
