The "EX-FLOW series" is a robustly designed explosion-proof mass flow meter for gas flow measurement in hazardous locations of Category 1. The intrinsically safe explosion-proof measurement head has obtained ATEX/IECEx certification (Ex ib IIC T4 Gb) and TIIS certification (Ex ib IIC T4), with the electrical housing rated at IP65.
