Dome-loaded back pressure regulator with a multi-orifice design capable of ultra-low pressure and ultra-low flow adjustment. Maximum CV range of 1,000,000:1.
The Equilibar dome-loaded back pressure regulator features a multi-orifice design that minimizes the impact of flow fluctuations on the set pressure from the upstream side, allowing for stable control. It is controlled solely by a flexible diaphragm, eliminating the friction issues that can reduce accuracy in spring-loaded back pressure valves, and it also has a fast response time. By connecting the pilot port to a vacuum pump, it can be used as a vacuum regulator. 【Features】 ■ Fully opens with less than 1% overpressure in most applications ■ Usable with gas-liquid mixed fluids, slurries, and highly corrosive fluids ■ High-precision control of vacuum and vacuum-positive pressure ■ Simple structure allows for easy parts replacement and assembly ■ Adjustable from a minimum of below 0.1 kPa to a maximum of about 70 MPa *For more details, please contact us or download the PDF for further information.

Applications/Examples of results
【Examples of Use】 ■ For Research - Catalyst research / reaction furnace pressure control: Usable with mixtures of gases and liquids, eliminating the need for high-pressure separators. - Oil core analysis: Accurately controls flow rates at micro and nano levels. - Supercritical CO2 control: Designed to counter freezing and clogging, unlike conventional regulators. - Membrane separation: Maintains differential pressure tightly with a frictionless structure. ■ For Industry - Fuel cells / fuel cell evaluation devices: Usable with high-temperature and humid exhaust gases. - Fuel pump testing: Maintains set pressure even when pump flow rates change. - Vibration absorption: The air pilot can also be used as an absorption device to limit vibrations and pressure spikes. - Tank filling equipment: Operates accurately even at very low set pressures. - Pump discharge pressure control: Stably controls pump discharge pressure.
