The thermostat can be screwed onto a heat plate or flat surface using a combination of a cap and mounting hardware.
We would like to introduce the "mounting brackets" from Japan GT Corporation, which conducts integrated production from the development of bimetal thermostats (automatic temperature controllers, temperature overheat prevention devices) to molds, parts, finished products, and shipping. By combining the cap and mounting brackets, the thermostat can be screwed onto a heat plate or flat surface. You can choose the mounting brackets based on hole diameter, hole pitch, and length. 【Lineup (partial)】 ■ Brackets for flat mounting ＜BRACKET 1＞ ・Long hole 3.2×4.2 ・Outer diameter 32 ・Thickness 0.5 ＜BRACKET 2＞ ・Long hole 4.2×5.8 ・Outer diameter 44 ・Thickness 0.5 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
