Seismic-resistant building hardware "Tech One P3 Plus"

Free design, safety, cost reduction! Achieving a 12m large span with inexpensive housing timber (under 6m).

The "Tech One P3 Plus" is a construction hardware designed to reinforce the weaknesses of wooden houses. After the spread of high airtightness and high insulation houses and revisions to building codes, it became mainstream in residential construction following the Great Hanshin-Awaji Earthquake. This seismic processing technology is suitable for modern living environments and is widely used not only in general housing but also in medium to large-scale buildings such as hospitals, daycare centers, and other commercial facilities. 【Features】 ■ Achieves a large span of 12m using inexpensive residential wood (under 6m) ■ Truss structure that efficiently utilizes the strength of wood ■ Unique two-piece concept ■ Allows for flexible framing due to adjustable angles ■ Enables free design through structural calculations (compatible with various framing types, spans, and floor heights) *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
