Exhibits a collection efficiency of over 99% due to the aggregation effect and bulk accumulation effect of the three-dimensional structured filament.
The "Horizontal Multi-Stage Scrubber" is a scrubber that allows for the extraction of packing material in a cassette format for high-pressure water cleaning when scaling is anticipated. The packing material has a three-dimensional filament structure designed perpendicular to the gas flow, resulting in very high liquid-gas contact efficiency and outstanding gas absorption efficiency. Different types of absorbent liquids can be used for each stage, making the running costs low. Additionally, it is capable of stepwise absorption and neutralization of gases containing multiple components. 【Features】 ■ Outstanding gas absorption efficiency ■ Solves flooding issues and is easy to operate ■ Economical with low running costs ■ Easy maintenance *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
