High torque transmission possible while preventing stress concentration! Coupling for aircraft gas turbine engines.
The "EKK Diaphragm Coupling" is a product developed for aircraft gas turbine engines that enables high torque transmission while preventing stress concentration. It uses a diaphragm with high torsional rigidity and a specially profiled soft material that is resistant to bending and compression, making it an ideal coupling for high-speed, high-load torque transmission with no vibration, no noise, lightweight, lubrication-free, and flexible displacement absorption capabilities. We offer Model 66, which allows for up to 100,000 RPM and 270 KN-m of torque transmission, as well as Models 67/99 and 74/100, which are suitable for the American standard API671. 【Features】 ■ High-speed, high-load torque transmission ■ No vibration, no noise ■ Lightweight ■ Lubrication-free ■ Flexible displacement absorption capability *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

basic information
**Conditions Required for Couplings** With the increase in size and speed of machinery, couplings are required to be lightweight and to have low pairing loads. The ability to absorb misalignment during torque transmission and the durability of dynamic balance are major conditions for preventing vibration and noise. Additionally, minimizing maintenance tasks such as lubrication and alignment is an essential condition for constructing a rational and efficient line. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.*
