3.5V to 36V, wide VIN synchronous rectification 2.1MHz buck converter 'LM53603'
The LM53603 buck regulator is a product specifically designed for industrial and automotive applications at 12V, supplying variable outputs from 3.3V to 10V at 3A from a maximum input voltage of 36V. With advanced high-speed circuitry, this device can regulate inputs up to 20V and outputs 5V at a switching frequency of 2.1MHz. Its innovative architecture allows it to regulate 3.3V output from an input voltage as low as 3.5V. An open-drain reset output with filtering and delay can indicate the true state of the system.
