OmniClear is a filter cartridge made from super hydrophilic polyether sulfone (PES). It is utilized in a wide range of fields, including pre-final filters for pharmaceuticals and beverage applications. - All cartridges are assembled and produced in a cleanroom. - With a unique thermal welding structure, they can be reused repeatedly even under harsh conditions. - Components are produced in Japan with rigorous quality control. - Selected membrane media and support enhance strength and filtration performance. - Strict quality control standards ensure uniform micropores and stable performance. - Manufacturing records for all cartridges can be traced, and they comply with USP Class VI, Japanese Pharmacopoeia, and the Food Sanitation Act of Japan. - Due to their wide chemical resistance, they can be applied to various filtration systems. - They can withstand repeated autoclaving at 126°C or inline steam sterilization at 135°C. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
