The "DWX-LI Series" is a product line specialized for high-speed testing of ultra-low inductance coils, focusing on insulation testing within chip power inductors. With a four-terminal testing circuit, it can apply up to 1000V to coils as small as 1μH. It displays detailed response waveforms with twice the waveform sampling resolution of conventional testing machines.
