It provides an ideal testing method for detecting insulation failures and uses high-speed sampling technology to store the waveforms of the standard/master coil and the DUT (Device Under Test) in the measuring instrument. By comparing the waveforms of the master and the DUT, it is easy to identify areas without issues. Furthermore, it can display the ideal coil waveform as a master and calculate the inductance values of partial discharges, making the ST-10K particularly effective for production and quality control.

Standard waveform: L value comparison 2. Test waveform: AreaSize comparison, DiffZone comparison, corona quantity comparison, corona count comparison. 3. Partial discharge waveform: Displays PD corona waveform ◆ Test results are displayed quickly for pass/fail. ◆ Provides an internal storage function for 20 sets of standard waveforms, with external USB capability. ◆ Easy-to-use 7-inch human-machine interface touch screen selection menu. ◆ Can connect to a PC for convenient data transmission and programming via RS-232, I/O, and TCP/IP transmission I/F, allowing for the setup of necessary test systems. ◆ By connecting external I/O to a 15-pin D-Sub connector, the operator can connect to factory automatic or semi-automatic test platforms.
