Test coils with this one device! It has a built-in 10-channel circuit switcher, allowing for free selection.
The "WTS-05" is a comprehensive winding testing machine that can perform four types of tests: impulse testing, DC resistance testing, AC withstand testing, and insulation resistance testing, all in one device. It is equipped with a built-in 10-channel circuit switcher, allowing for flexible selection. Additionally, we offer optional features such as impulse PD (partial discharge) testing, inductance testing, and rotation direction. 【Impulse Testing Specifications】 ■ Applied Voltage: 0.5kV to 5.0kV in 0.1kV steps (at a 1kΩ resistive load) ■ Evaluation Items: Area, Dif-Area, Flutter, or Laplacian ■ Testing Inductance Range: 10μH or more *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Since our founding, we have focused on the development and manufacturing of various measuring instruments as a research and development-oriented company. Among these, the "Impulse Winding Tester" is used to inspect the damage of winding components in various motors and transformers used in LCD TVs, automobiles, and more. We have a strong track record of deliveries not only in Japan but also in China, South Korea, Taiwan, and other countries, receiving high praise. It allows for easy non-destructive testing of all good/bad judgments of winding components, including differences in winding count, material, and insulation defects. We develop and manufacture this testing machine domestically. Additionally, looking towards the next generation, we are conducting research themed on environmental purification, leveraging high-voltage impulse power supply technology in collaboration with universities.
