**Main Advantages and Disadvantages** ■ Super Well Point (SWP) Method - High pumping capacity allows for lowering groundwater levels with fewer points. - Even with lowered water levels, collection continues due to negative pressure, enabling shallow well installation. - Groundwater level reduction progresses relatively well even in cohesive soils like silts with low permeability coefficients. ■ Well Point (WP) Method - Forced drainage utilizing negative pressure is efficient for lowering water levels, but the reduction is around 3.5 meters. - Installation spacing is typically 0.8m to 2.0m, with a water intake capacity of about 20L/min per point. - Capacity decreases if air is drawn through the gaps between the riser pipe and the ground. ■ Deep Well (DW) Method - Good workability and easy maintenance, but generally not applicable for soils with permeability coefficients below 10^-3 cm/sec. - Even within the applicable range, lower permeability soils require more wells due to collection capacity, resulting in longer times for water level reduction. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
