The "Recycling System" is a system established by Toyota Chemical Industries based on its experience and achievements since its founding, which transforms used solvents into new fuels and solvents. Used solvents collected from painting factories are sorted and stored by application, and subjected to primary distillation. The distillation residue discharged in liquid form is reused as an alternative fuel for heavy oil. The solvents that have undergone primary distillation are subjected to secondary distillation, where they are separated into various refined solvents based on their applications, and a component formulation is carried out to compensate for the components lost during distillation.
