Shellgar, carbonized sand is fully recycled as a raw material! Zero emissions are made possible.
We would like to introduce the high-performance artificial aggregate recycling system "Espal R," handled by Yamakawa Sangyo Co., Ltd. Due to its round and smooth particles, it achieves high strength with low resin and eliminates the need for sand baking. Additionally, it has low thermal expansion, significantly reduces bending, and improves dimensional accuracy. The high-performance artificial aggregate enables energy-saving and labor-saving in the casting process, and our system efficiently recycles it, promising increased productivity and reduced costs. 【Features】 ■ Shortens the casting process - No sand baking required - No rework needed - No cooling wait required ■ Collects shell sand and carbonized sand - No industrial waste disposal costs *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.

Company information
Global warming caused by carbon dioxide and serious air pollution due to PM2.5 are becoming environmental issues that can no longer be solved by a single country; they are now global problems. Until today, Yamakawa Industries has contributed to the development of related industries, including the casting industry, primarily through various processing of sand resources. However, now that we are faced with such a critical situation on Earth, we must return to our origins once again and, with an unyielding frontier spirit, "pioneer the next new era." With this determination, we must work together to tackle the conservation and regeneration of the global environment. As a specialist in sand, Yamakawa Industries bears part of the social responsibility for the regeneration of limited Earth resources from the standpoint of environmental conservation and effective resource utilization.
