In the machining division of Kurita Aluminum Industry, we mainly process products that we have cast ourselves. We perform machining based on NC lathes and machining centers, and for high-volume items, we also introduce dedicated machines. We handle everything from prototype machining to mass production and assembly. Additionally, we provide "heat treatment" for aluminum alloys such as T4, T5, T6, and annealing, as well as "impregnation treatment," which involves injecting resin into casting voids and curing it to seal unwanted holes. 【Heat Treatment】 Corresponds to T4, T5, T6, annealing, etc. of aluminum alloys. The process from material loading to solution treatment, quenching, aging, and extraction is fully automated with a pre-set cycle. Heat treatment conditions are formulated according to the required quality. 【Impregnation Treatment】 A process that injects resin into voids in castings, hardens it, and seals the unwanted holes. Cast products may have invisible pinholes (casting defects), which can cause water or oil leaks in pressure-bearing components. By impregnating and sealing these pinholes with resin, we transform them into leak-proof components without pinholes.
